This public offer (hereinafter - the Offer) determines the conditions for purchasing goods through the Bewitchveris online store, located at: bewitchveris.com. The Offer is a public offer in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and contains the terms under which Bewitchveris (hereinafter - the Seller) offers its goods to Buyers (hereinafter - the Buyer).

By accepting the terms of this Offer, the Buyer confirms their full agreement with all provisions and rules.

1. General provisions

• All goods presented on the site are elements of a single design, custom-made using materials chosen by the Buyer from the available range.
• Each order is individual and cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
• Prices for goods, delivery and payment terms are indicated on the site and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order procedure

1. The Buyer places an order on the website, choosing the available parameters of the product: material, color, size, etc.
2. The order is considered placed after clicking the 'Place Order' button and confirming the availability of the product and price.
3. The Seller confirms acceptance of the order within 24 hours via e-mail or other communication channels.

3. Prices and payment

• The cost of the goods is determined on the website at the time of placing the order and includes all taxes and fees.
• Payment is made using one of the available methods: online acquiring, bank transfer via requisites.
• All financial transactions are protected and processed in accordance with the security standards of payment systems.

4. Delivery and transfer of goods

• Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
• The production and delivery times are specified when placing the order and may change due to technical or production reasons.
• The Seller bears the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods during delivery until the goods are transferred to the carrier or directly to the Buyer.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Seller commits to:

• Provide complete information about the product and order conditions;
• Fulfill the order within the period agreed with the Buyer;
• Ensure the quality of the goods in accordance with the ordered parameters.

The Buyer commits to:

• Provide reliable information when placing an order;
• Comply with the terms of payment and acceptance of goods;
• Do not use site materials for commercial purposes without the permission of the Seller.

6. Returns and exchanges

• Since all goods are made to order and have a single design, returning and exchanging goods is impossible, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order.
• The Buyer must notify the Seller of the problem within 7 days from the receipt of the goods.
• The Seller commits to eliminate defects, replace the product, or refund money within the terms provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

7. Responsibility of the parties

• The parties are responsible for violating the terms of this Offer in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

8. Privacy

• The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data and its processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'.
• Personal data is used exclusively for processing and fulfilling orders.

9. Final provisions

• All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of impossibility - in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Acceptance of the conditions of this Offer by the Buyer implies their full consent to all provisions without exception.
• This Offer takes effect from the moment of publication on the site.
