Payment

Orders are paid online by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) through a secure acquiring service.

All payments are made in accordance with the rules of international payment systems, transaction confidentiality and security are guaranteed.

Payment is considered confirmed after funds are received in the account.

Shipping

Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine by the 'Nova Poshta' service.

You can choose delivery to a branch or by a courier to an address. For orders over 500 UAH, delivery to a branch is free.

Delivery time usually takes 2–5 business days after the order is manufactured.

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the buyer upon receipt.

Made-to-order manufacturing

All goods are made individually to order after payment confirmation. Production time depends on the complexity of the product and averages 3–7 business days.

Tracking

After placing the order, you will receive an SMS or Viber message with the tracking number (TTN).
