Return and Exchange

General Conditions

In accordance with the Ukrainian Law 'On Consumer Protection', you have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, if:

• the product has not been used and has preserved its marketable condition;
• factory labels, packaging, and seals are preserved;
• there is a document confirming the purchase (electronic receipt/invoice).

Non-returnable items

Custom-made products (made according to your measurements, sketches, or with personalization) are not subject to return or exchange, provided they are of proper quality.

Return Procedure

1. Email or message us, indicating the order number.
2. Agree on the return conditions with the manager.
3. Send the product back via 'Nova Poshta' service in its original packaging.
4. After receiving and checking the product, we return the funds to your bank card within 3–5 business days.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product for another size or model: process a return according to the rules above and place a new order for the desired item.
